Q: What is Kydex?

A: Kydex is a thermoplastic that is waterproof, resistant to a wide range of chemicals, and easy to maintain with soap and water.

 

Q: Kydex is plastic, will it wear the finish of my gun?

A: Just like leather and other materials it will eventually cause wear to your firearm. Proper maintenance and cleaning will help.

 

Q: I leave my holster in a car when I'm not allowed to carry, is this a problem?

A: Kydex is a thermoplastic and extended period of time in the heat could eventually deform the holster. 

 

Q: I don't see my gun listed. Can I send you my gun for custom orders?

A: NO, we do not have an FFL. The processes for making custom holsters are time consuming and not very cost effective.

 

Q: Do you offer a discount to first responders?

A: Yes, we offer a 10% discount to all Law Enforcement, Military, and EMS. Just email us with with your information and we will provide you with a discount code.

 

Q: Do you take orders over the phone or email?

A: No. I work a full time,(night shift), law enforcement job so when I'm not working or sleeping I am pretty much making gear, so my hours are messed up and I can forget things. The website was created to help streamline our business and for better customer service. The only exceptions is agency sales and wholesale bulk buys.
